Great Tastes of Wales: Trealy Farm Charcuterie

Monmouthshire is a productive paradise for food lovers. Our latest ‘Great Taste of Wales‘ emerged from a conversation at the Abergavenny Food Festival and a shared passion for quality produce and animal welfare

Based originally at the farm where James Swift still lives, Trealy Farm produces ‘Exceptional British Charcuterie‘. Having watched admiringly at the Hay-on-Wye Food Festival as the gorgeous offerings flew off the shelves, Mrs Deli and I had no doubt that we wanted to be part of the story

Not only are the charcuterie products deli-cious, but they are produced from the most passionate and committed of ideals:

We believe that quality, locally grown and reared, sustainable ingredients deserve careful and respectful conversion into artisan products. Charcuterie production has a natural connection to the land and the seasons, and our products are inextricably linked to the ‘terroir‘ of their ingredients, making them quite unique

At The High Street Delicatessen, we are delighted to be stocking a wide range of Trealy Farm produce. We know customers will adore the taste … and the provenance!

Perhaps, like us, you will discover the pleasures of a cheese and charcuterie board on a lazy Friday night, chutneys and crackers complementing beautiful produce, washed down with a glass or two of wine. The perfect way to wind down the week. The quality and tastes of Trealy Farm charcuterie demands its place in those weekly celebrations
